Do you ship internationally?
We ship to USA and Canada
When will I receive my order?
Orders typically ship in 1-4 days. During Christmas season and large sales we may need up to 1 week.
What are your return/refund policies?
If there are any quality issues with your order, please send us a photo and we will happily send a replacement or refund.
Refunds and exchanges are accepted upon request (please send us a message first). The receiver will be responsible for sending the product back to the address on the package and will be required to show proof of shipment in order to receive a full refund.
Who do you ship with?
We currently offer USPS First Class and USPS Priority, as well as USPS First Class International. Each of these are provided with tracking so you can follow along as it goes through the USPS system. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to begin updating in their system.
